WK 4: BREKKY- THE CHARLES WAY

So it's been roasting hot the past few days, 40 degree heat. Ant {aka charles} comes into my office at around 7.30amish with a lemonaid icy-pole. I give him the "what are you thinking" look- naturally - it's not a sight one expects at that hour of the day. So after an initial laugh {and the look} i say- whats that.? {insert thought bubble here} der...... He says "BREKKY" .

So brekky it is. One lemonaide icy-pole, no milk, no fruit and hold the toast, we're dumbing this down and getting sugar and liquids straight into the system before the heat sets in! Still laughing afew days later
